Наслов предавања: FUZZY AND TIME-DEPENDENT APPROACHES FOR ROUTE OPTIMIZATION AND TRAVELING SALESMAN PROBLEMS

Апстракт: Route optimization in dynamic environments presents significant challenges due to traffic fluctuations, congestion, and uncertain conditions. This talk explores advanced variations of the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and route optimization, incorporating fuzzy logic and time-dependency to better model real-world scenarios. We introduce the Triple Fuzzy Time-Dependent TSP (3FTD TSP) and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Time-Dependent TSP (IFTD TSP), which extend traditional formulations by incorporating fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy sets to handle uncertainties in travel costs, congestion areas, and rush hour effects. Additionally, we discuss an Interval-Valued Fuzzy Soft Set approach for route optimization under road uncertainties, providing a practical method for handling non-deterministic travel conditions. Lastly, we present a framework utilizing Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFNs) for traffic-aware route planning, integrating historical data and real-time updates to improve decision-making in urban traffic management. These models, solved using the Discrete Bacterial Memetic Evolutionary Algorithm (DBMEA) and other heuristic techniques, demonstrate promising results for real-world applications.
