Наслов предавања: USING FORMAL CONCEPT ANALYSIS TO EXTRACT KNOWLEDGE IN A MALWARE DATASET
Апстракт: Formal Conceptual Analysis (FCA) has become a useful tool to extract knowledge with a similar cost compared to classical techniques in the area of machine learning. We will present the fcaR package in R language developed in our team. The interest in the tool is growing, reaching 32K downloads of the package in the CRAN repository (https://github.com/Malaga-FCA-group/fcaR). We will explain the usefulness of the tool by applying it to a practical and interesting dataset: a malware dataset collected by the company Virustotal (https://www.virustotal.com). The knowledge extracted is of interest to Virustotal – the concepts and implications extracted using FCA provide a useful skill for the company to identify future malware. The application of the fcaR package on the dataset will be introduced from scratch to teach the possibilities of the mathematical technique FCA, which is rather little known in machine learning environments.
