Power IT конференција 2022
Онлајн IT конференцију PowerIT организује Schneider Electric Hub и намењена је свим представницима IT заједнице. Предавања ће се бавити атрактивним темама као што су, између осталог, енергетика, информационе технологије, тестирање и продаја софтверских решења. Ове године, поред осталих предавача, предавање ће одржати и Dylan Beattie са темом „Sockets, Sparks, and Magic Smoke: Trapping Lightning In Rocks Until They Start To Think “.

Студије будућности Београдске отворене школе
Отворен је други уписни круг за мултидисциплинарни програм Студије будућности Београдске отворене школе која уписује јубиларну, 30. генерацију .Програм је намењен онима који ће у октобру 2022. године имати до 27 година и бити студенти/киње завршне године, апсолвенти/киње или студенти/киње мастер студија на неком од београдских универзитета.

Наслов предавања: ON SYMMETRIES OF FOUR MANIFOLDS
Апстракт:
One often studies a mathematical object by studying its symmetries. For example a torus has less symmetries than a sphere. Rigorously, symmetries are expressed through group actions. In this talk, I will give some old and new information about the existence of finite group actions on closed, connected, orientable 4-manifolds. In this dimension, the comparison between smooth and topological group actions are interesting but our focus will be on locally linear topological actions. More precisely, we will try to answer the following question: Given a closed, orientable 4-manifold M, what is the maximum value of rank(G) over all finite groups G which acts effectively, locally linearly, homologically trivially on M?
This is a joint work with Ian Hambleton.

Video Games as a Challenge to Academia: 50 Years of the Gaming
The Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, in cooperation with the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology, and the Serbian Games Association (SGA), are organising the Second International Conference dedicated to the study of video games in Serbia, /Video Games as a Challenge to Academia: 50 Years of the Gaming Industry./
Five decades after Magnavox Odyssey, the first home gaming console, came to market, and five decades after the founding of Atari, the second international Video Game Studies conference (SVI), aims to examine various aspects and links between the gaming industry, video-game scholarship and criticism. The aim of such a conceptualisation is to open a dialogue between the gaming industry and the academia, and foster an understanding of their sometimes diverging goals and interests. Such a dialogue revolves around several key questions:
- What can scholarship, without giving up on critical thinking, offer the industry, and vice versa?
- ·Can the industry survive its crises alone, and should scholarship lend a hand?
- Can academia remain separate from the industry?
- Finally, is the market changing gaming, or is gaming conquering the marketplace?
The official language of the conference is English. Abstracts of up to 300 words, with up to 5 keywords before October 10th, 2022 should be sent to: conference.svi@gmail.com.

Ако те занима гејминг индустрија и у расположењу си да пробаш нешто другачије, представљамо ти други по реду Desperado Game Jam! Београдски гејминг студио Two Desperados тражи практиканте из области софтверског инжењерства који желе да науче више о процесу развоја игара.
Пријави се за учешће и такмичи се са најталентоваијим гejм дев ентузијастима за шансу да постанеш један од четири практиканта у дев тиму Two Desperados студија.

О Two Desperados студију: Ми смо амбициозни тим од 70 људи који се бави развојем мобилних игара. Стојимо иза две успешне casual мобилне игре са 30 милиона играча широм света. Радимо и на трећој игри која ће проширити наш портфолио новим жанром, а радимо и на другим занимљивим идејама. Осим игара, фокусирамо се и на вештачку интелигенцију у индустрији игара и могућности за њену примену. Такође, ми смо растућа независна компанија у Србији, што значи да сами доносимо све одлуке и имамо доста простора закреативност и аутономију.
Crater Training Center: Конференција CGA
Konferencija CGA Belgrade, čiji je jedan od organizatora i Crater Training Center, je u potrazi za mladim i komunikativnim ljudima koji su naklonjeni kompjuterskoj grafici, gejmingu, filmu, digitalnim medijima i umetnostima da im se pridruže u realizaciji narednog izdanja konferencije, 24. septembra u beogradskoj mts Dvorani.
Broj potrebnih volontera je 20 i to na sledećim pozicijama:
- 6 osoba koje će obavljati registracije učesnika
- 6 osoba koje će asistirati spikerima u salama
- 4 osobe za hospitality
- 1 osoba asistent za komunikaciju marketing timu
- 2 osobe za dodatne radionice u Crater Training Centru 23. I 25.09.2022.
Zainteresovani za volontiranje se mogu prijaviti putem ove forme do 11. septembra u ponoć, a 15. septembra će kandidatma biti javljeni rezultati konkursa.
Odabrani volonteri će blagovremeno biti pozvani na pripremni sastanak, kao i obilazak lokacije pred održavanje konferencije.

O konferenciji:
CGA Belgrade, međunarodna konferencija kompjuterske grafike i digitalnih umetnosti, posle skoro tri godine online aktivnosti vraća se u svoj grad pod sloganom Remodeling the Future. Program prvog dana strimovaće se na sajtu konferencije, dok publiku drugog dana očekuje bogat program konferencije uživo u mts Dvorani. Pored glavnog dela programa, u planu je i nekoliko ekskluzivnih radionica i masterklasova u Crater Training Centru. Prijatelji i sponzori konferencije su kompanije 3Lateral/Epic Games, Mad Head Games, Autodesk, PMO, Playstudios Europe, Side FX i druge. Ovogodišnje izdanje CGA Belgrade podržavaju Ministarstvo kulture i informisanja Republike Srbije i deo je Creative Tech Serbia superklastera.
Хакатон TECH4HEALTH
Хакатон TECH4HEALTH који ће се одржати од 16. до 18. септембра године у ICT Hub просторијама, организује се у сарадњи са компанијом STADA Global Information Services и ICT Hub-ом. TECH4HEALTH хакатон је замишљен тако да учесници својим тимом у року од 48 сати осмисле предлог решења које ће одговорити на постављени изазов како би се унапредила брига о здрављу сваког појединца. Како да дигитализујемо кућну апотеку. Организатори хакатона позивају све технолошке компаније, тимове и стартапе који развијају своје дигиталне производе и услуге, да се пријаве и предложе иновативна решења.
Пријаве су отворене до 09. септембра 2022. у поноћ, док ће селекција бити обављена до 12. септембра 2022. године.
