POSITION: Finance Analyst on the CFP&A Operations Team

LOCACATION: Belgrade, Serbia

Working hours: 10.00 – 18.00 CEST, Monday-Friday

Summary: Corporate FP&A are responsible for managing the NCR Finance’s organizations tools, processes, metrics, and cadence. The organization is uniquely positioned within NCR Finance to work across all of NCR’s businesses, the centralized vantage point gives a great foundation on understanding how NCR operates as a company and is tasked with not only ensuring that the usiness planning functions are organized and enabled to deliver, but also with root-causing, tracking, and proactively identifying key drivers of success across the company’s financial results.

Analyst will help cover CFP&A calendar and operations responsibilities while providing data integrity and structure support. This includes communication of deadlines and deliverables of CPF&A cyclic asks and consolidation of those deliverables. It also includes tracking of the new Chart of Accounts mapping updates, ensuring our new systems are staying in-sync and flagging when they are not, and helping investigate user issues. These responsibilities are vital to ensuring the team operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage finance organization calendar & ensuring coordination across planning teams on forecast, plan, actuals, QBR & other cadences
  • Manage standard templates leveraged across the Finance organization Help verify and load forecasts and actuals for part of NCR’s P&L
  • Consolidate data on KPIs, synthesizing information into insights for business, leadership
  • Assist incoordinating/delivering on FP&A led items for Operational War Room with leadership team
  • Tracking & analysis to compare our data management and cloud data structures, alerting teams involved when not in sync
  • Working with our resident DRM expert to make updates and coordinate efforts with our ERP Cloud team to keep data structures synced
  • Helping users request access to our systems and answering basic questions around security required for access

Qualifications

  • New graduate with Business, Finance or related degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications — PowerPoint, Word, advanced Excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues to resolution
  • Ability to turn data into KPI’s and information is critical
  • Ability to learn at a rapid pace and desire to learn new technologies
  • Self-starter who can coordinate multiple activities
