Responsibilities：
- Develop new computational biology algorithms, tools and software for our world-leading Stereo-seq (ST) technology
- Process and analyze high volume of the ST dataset to develop the benchmark and evaluation methods of the ST related algorithms and tools
- Organize, write, and publish the new research papers related to the new developed algorithms and tools
Qualifications：
- Rich algorithms development experience
- Proficiency with statistics or machine learning methods
- Ability to program in Python or R
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong machine learning or stats components, and 3+ years of programming experience
