Application Support Officer, IT Division – Eurobank

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Validate the application’s functionalities using backend and frontend of these applications
    • Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
    • Design and provide any kind of reports related to e-channels applications
    • Responsible for analyzing solutions, integration and implementation of new services
    • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical
  •  Requirements:
    • Solid understanding of relational database concepts and some experience with SQL
    • Knowledge or experience of programming languages and algorithms would be a big advantage
    • Proficiency communication skills in English, verbal and written
    • Self-motivated and able to work under little supervision
